Step 1: Check if power is received at the cabinet from which screen
is blank. If it is connected with power loop & power is not received, check
if it has got burnt / damaged & change it using spare power loop cable if
any. If it is powered with main power from Electrical Distribution Box, check
if its respective MCB is tripped. If not, call clients electrician / vendor to
resolve the power issue.
Step 2: If power is received at the cabinet from which screen is
blank then check if power is received on the receiver card of that cabinet (Red light must be ON & stable). If not, check the SMPS from which receiver
card is receiving power is ON or not. If NO, then change that SMPS.
Step 3: If Red light on receiver
card is ON, then check if data is received at receiver card (Green light must be ON & blinking). If not,
then move to step 4
Step 4: Check the continuity of data loop cable (cat6 from receiver
card of working cabinet to receiver card of cabinet from which screen is blank).
If found faulty, change it.
5: If SMPS is working fine, data loop cable is
working fine and still the display of that cabinet is blank, bypass that
cabinet with data loop & check if data is received at other cabinet. If
received, change the receiver card of cabinet from which data was blank
initially & reprogram the screen.
